Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager manages all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. The Senior Project Manager work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. A background and familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), knowledge and comfort with both Agile and Waterfall workflows, and experience working closely with IT partners are necessary.

The Role
As the Senior Project Manager you will drive the strategy, operations, and communications for multiple complex to moderately complex projects for the Primary Care Organization. You will partner closely with business operators, IT, and Leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects from initiation through finalization of communications and new policies
- Design, communicate, and implement comprehensive, executable project plans and status reports that meet the needs of cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitor progress and performance against the project plan; take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
- Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the project
- Establish strong formal and informal networks with cross-functional partners to drive engagement and ensure changes are understood / accepted across the organization
- Communicate with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project
- Conduct meetings and provide appropriate documentation from agendas and tasks through to lessons learned
- Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones
- Be an influencer of department strategy
- Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components; work is performed without direction
- Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments
- Serve as internal contact for emerging issues and collaborate with necessary stakeholders / leaders to remove roadblocks
- Identify and socialize emerging issues at a leadership level
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of Project Management experience
- 5 years' experience with contracts, procurement, vendor management
- 5 years' experience working with IT partners
- Experience with Agile and waterfall workflows; extensive work with projects of all kinds - including IT
- Understanding and empathy in customer service, and the ability to work providing a resolution for the end user
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to adapt in fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to gauge business needs and requirements to prioritize work and workflow
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and a minimum internet connection speed of 10M x 1M
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP
- Bilingual - Spanish speaking is a plus
- Understanding of Oracle, Workday
- Knowledge of API, infrastructure and integration of technology
- Experience working with EHRs
- Experience working with CRMs (in particular Salesforce)
