The Rev Ops Business Analyst supports an aggressive growth strategy through a thorough understanding and deep analysis of key data for our Ad Intel organization Kantar + Numerator. We're searching for an ambitious analyst to join our RevOps team, which will be instrumental in driving our growth as a business. This role will work alongside and support our go to market ("GTM") teams, including Sales, Demand Gen, Marketing, and Client Success. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As the Rev Ops Business Analyst, you will: - Analyze pipeline and revenue data to evaluate the health of the business, ultimately influencing and identifying new opportunities ways to drive growth. - Deliver pipeline and sales analysis insights that help drive higher conversions. - Measure and evaluate success of our account-based marketing (ABM) and Demand Gen programs to inform investment. - Track and analyze department metrics related to Business Development activity, paid advertising efforts (programmatic, SEM and SMM), pipeline conversion, and other department KPIs. - Mine Kantar's Advertising Insights for compelling data stories to drive Marketing and Business Development activity. - Act as a steward of the data within the CRM by assessing, cleaning, processing, and maintaining it to support ABM. - Support the initial CRM migration and integration initiative, and continued hygiene and improvements as a stakeholder in data governance. - Assist with forming and compliance with processes and workflows that support visibility into business objectives and KPIs.
