Immediate Opening in Customer Service
Opportunity on our Customer-Focused Team for a Large Manufacturer based in Huntington Beach! We are now hiring a Customer Service Representative to become part of a professional, customer-focused team! The primary purpose of this office role is to help process incoming orders for clients through email and phone.
- Shift Hours: 7:30am-4pm
- Pay Range: $20/hr
- Target timeline to start this position? ASAP
- Key Skills/Requirements: desire to learn, good oral/written communication skills, customer service/office experience, likes helping people/resolving problems, good phone etiquette, order entry, basic computer skills
Job Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficient in use and navigation of computers and software
- Types 40 WPM
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to look up information and provide account details or verification of information
- Ability to talk and type at same time
- Experience for a Manufacturer is a PLUS
- Background check requirements: Misdemeanor/Felony and drug screen prior to start
