Additional Position Details: Hybrid work from home and hospital locations
Salary: Competitive wage, minimum starting $83,033 (increase is based on years of relevant experience).

The Systems Engineer for Desktop Services is responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and support of Asantes desktop environment and will also act as the technical resources for strategic initiatives, projects, and system implementations. The Systems Engineer also serves as Tier 3/4 technical support for the Desktop Services Team. These systems include, but are not limited to, endpoint hardware (workstations, bar code scanners, badge readers, cameras, etc.); Windows operating systems and third party applications; enterprise device management systems (RMM, EMM, WDS, SCCM, MDT, GPO, ADUC, WSUS); client and server systems; network routing and switching; telephony systems; and security systems.
The ideal candidate would have the following
- Strong Windows Endpoint Mgt with AD/GPO and SCCM
- Application patching with SCCM
- Windows Image and Deployment Mgt with SCCM/MDT
- Technical SME with endpoint healthcare equipment
- End point solution analysis, design, implementation
- LAN and WAN configuration, setup, and troubleshooting experience
Qualifications
Education
- Associate Degree, or the equivalent in education and/or experience, is required
Required Experience
- 3 years of experience supporting workstations, servers, and network infrastructure systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of computer operating systems, client and server-based applications, data storage systems, systems monitoring and analysis, voice, data and network communications systems, and backup systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of TCP/IP, SNMP, protocol analysis, and network troubleshooting using industry standard tools
Licensure
- Possession of a valid Drivers License with proof of safe driving record for the past ten years and proof of insurance is required
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified Professional in endpoint of server
- A+, Net+, Security+, etc.
- CNET/CCNA
