Company Description
- Develop long-term strategic goals, think digital first, focus on insights and KPI-driven approach, build strong business cases and support overall digital strategy
- Drive and coordinate cross-functional teams of various partners that include solution marketers, writers, designers, web producers, developers, and QA leads to build and maintain digital experiences on .
- Collaborate with extended teams on digital journeys, user experience, user research, SEO, SEM, optimization, testing, and analytics to deliver measurable and successful digital experiences.
- Drive results-oriented digital marketing programs and initiatives.
- As an agile team member, accountable for day-to-day project management, gathering and documenting detailed business requirements/epics, stories, scrums, scoring and prioritizing backlog, testing, working with designers and - user acceptance and testing of features and post-production operations management.
- Create EPICS, user stories for current and future releases based on the insights, research and business goals.
- Build relationships and proactively engage with business partners and team members, advising on content best practices, identifying risks, setting expectations and establishing timelines within larger project plans.
- Support Leadership on various levels of value, providing updates around strategy, product, project and progress.
- Support governance, process innovations and business process change within marketing.
- Bachelor's Degree required. Masters preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant Experience with Product Management principles, Agile and Waterfall models.
- Demonstrated experience in managing aggressive timelines and driving teams to success.
- Self-Management and supporting others - high performing.
- Exposure to Digital, Web, Mobile, Apps, Browsers, Devices and Cloud Technologies.
- Experience with enterprise CMS tools like Adobe Experience Manager and supporting tools like Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target is a plus
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills are a must, including the ability to coordinate with the analytics team for reporting, weekly KPI measurement and other web metrics.
- Good collaboration skills, team building and coaching skills - leading as well as ability to roll up sleeves and get into the details when necessary.
- Experience working directly with partners, Project Management, Creative Services, Web Production, Web Development, and QA teams.
- Good understanding of Requirements Gathering, Detailed Agile Stories, Epics, Scrums
- Comfortable using collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, productivity apps like smartsheet, Miro etc.
- Proficient with feasibility analysis - build vs. buy situations
- Should be able to independently write requirements from brainstorming sessions
