You will be working out of our Corporate Office in Orem, Utah. (This is an in office position!)

Job Description
Customer Retention is a growing department of Saela with opportunities to advance your career! We are looking for positive and motivated individuals to join our team at our Corporate Office in Orem, UT. In this role, you will work with customers who are considering discontinuing their services. You will help build value in the services Saela offers. Not only will you be able to enhance your strong communication skills, but you can take advantage of opportunities in a growing company with upbeat culture and a growth-minded atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls from other departments to speak with customers who desire to cancel their service.
Make outgoing calls to customers who desire to end their service and customers who have already cancelled service.
In all situations, utilize principles of ownership to retain customers and assist those looking to restart.
Provide world-class level customer advocacy in every interaction.
Qualifications
1+ years of call center experience (required)
6+ months of sales / retention experience (preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills
Proficient computer/typing skills
Positive attitude and persistent work ethic
Proven team player
