Job Summary:

The One Sales Center Specialist is responsible for calling prospective clients to establish a business connection with a Licensed Sales Agent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts outbound calls to warm prospects and existing clientele
• Sells on the benefits of speaking to an agent about P&C, A&H and Medicare products
• Connects prospective clients with Licensed Sales Agents
• Conducts requests for quotes
• Receives inbound overflow calls and conducts qualification process before completing connection to an agent

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job does not have supervisory duties

Preferred Qualifications:

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or GED

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• None

Functional Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must perform well in high-energy, dynamic and team-oriented environments
• Effective organization and time management skills
• Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet minimum required key performance metrics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
