Aston Carter is actively seeking a Customer Service Agent to support the largest eCommerce company located in Seattle, WA. Role will be 100% remote. Pay $14-15/hr DOE. Daily schedule: M-F, 8-4:30pm or something similar. Remote possibility: Remote - open to anywhere in the country. 1 month contract with potential for extension or conversion based off of performance! Job Description The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently with the utmost of professionalism, integrity, and dependability. S/he will be confident and organized and will know when and how to reach out for assistance. This individual will have a bias for action and is strongly self-motivated not only to take great care of our customers, but also to proactively identify systemic issues that need to be resolved to prevent future customer concerns (we don't pass the buck when it comes to customer issues). Finally, they will be supremely internet savvy and has high technical aptitude when it comes to online tools and research. Basic Qualifications Confidence in working with upper level management on a regular basis Ability to communicate professionally - with maturity and self confidence Over-achiever success in customer obsession, learning fast, problem solving, and collaboration/teamwork Strong familiarity with online shopping and research Ability to successfully complete pre-employment assessment and criminal background check Excellent computer skills; strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, email, chat, and the Internet Will be speaking with Technicians and managers. Mix of phone calls, emails and other applications. Requirements: High School Diploma Proficient with excel and outlook. 1-2 years customer service experience - call center preferred. Can you tell me more about the culture/purpose of your team? Device that the sales device installs for customers. Big rental or leasing companies. Installs on doors of customers so that drivers can use device to deliver packages. Will be verifying information and setting up appointments.
