Job Description:
CPH is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in their Sanford, FL office to work as a part of the marketing and business development team to coordinate collateral, qualification packages, proposals, and miscellaneous material for strategic pursuits.

We are looking for a dynamic individual that excels in a fast-paced team environment. This position provides an opportunity for a skilled, self-motivated, and detail-oriented professional to join an established, growing Architectural and Engineering Design Firm. The successful candidate will be detail oriented, well organized, and excel in oral and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be able to prioritize multiple projects and be able to work under the pressure of multiple deadlines. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Please Note: This is a full-time position, on site at our Corporate Office.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Assisting with general office administration
Review of RFP/RFQ documents and draft contracts in preparation of proposals
Coordination with Project Managers and subconsultants of the firm to obtain content for proposal
Copying, Binding, and Shipping
Occasionally provide courier duties to deliver proposals to meet submission deadlines
Prepare or proof correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, or documents
Department Workload and Submittals Schedule Tracking
Schedule meetings
Maintain inventory of office supplies
Make travel arrangements
Other duties as the Management may, from time to time, deem necessary.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines
Availability to work overtime when necessary
Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Strives in a fast-paced, action oriented, and self – starter environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic understanding of Graphic design and layout design
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or equivalent.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (to include InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Muse, and Premier).
Bonus Skill: Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (i.e.: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Excellent communications skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work as a team player
