Verizon Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Understand each consumer needs and tailor unique solutions reinforcing the benefits of our service, product offerings, and sales promotions
- Building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong comprehensive knowledge of our client's services
- Manage sensitive customer information and adhere to all compliance standards related to servicing and sales practices
- Use provided resources and sales tactics to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs, in our commitment to maintain a first point of contact resolution
- Meet and exceed performance standards set by Senior Sales Management that include, customer survey results, sales rates, quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
Verizon Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or currently pursuing preferred
- Proven success in a customer service and consultative sales environment
- Ability to work cohesively with the Sales and Customer Service Representative teams to achieve common sales targets
- Passion for people and developing genuine relationships
- Enjoys a fast-paced (fun) working environment
- Reliable and able to work flexible full-time hours
- Intelligent, mindful, and humble
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
