ASAP Hire ~ Customer Service Position

We are seeking motivated and friendly individuals to join our on site team in Dallas for Customer Service positions at our promotional store events. This customer service role is fast-paced, fun, and involves working as part of a team. Representing a range of companies in the USA and Canada as well as Non-Profit organizations in store, we create amazing high-level customer experiences, increasing customer satisfaction and achieving pre-set company goals.

Job Specifics:

Availability: A Full time flexible schedule would be preferred 36 - 40 hrs a week. However, part time is available with a minimum of 24 hrs/3 days a week.

Education & Experience: There are no specific educational requirements for this position. However, experience in a customer facing position such as in retail, customer service, hotel or restaurants would be beneficial.

Location: Head office is based in Dallas, Texas 75001

Pay: Includes base pay of $500 a week + commissions. Company bonuses are also provided for top associates.

Requirements: Candidates will need to be over the age of 18 to apply.

Skills and Competencies: Customer Focus, Developing Potential, Results Driven, Strong Organizational Skills, Communication Skills, Problem Solving/Decision Making, Job Knowledge and Relationship Management.

Training: Paid training and ongoing support will be provided.

Job Requirements:

Day to Day Duties

Customer Service key duties include:

  • Greeting customers
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Assisting customers with selection of merchandise/services
  • Completing transactions
  • Driving sales
  • Answering questions regarding the clients services and products
