- A strong foundation in Digital Advertising and performance-driven media (Cost Per Outcome, Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Action, Return On Investment, Customer Acquisition Cost, Cost Per Thousand, Cost Per View, Viewability, etc. )
- Attention to detail as it relates to Performance-driven advertising solutions, brand safety, and quality
- Ability to proactively identify potential operational risks that could impact revenue and performance and be able to apply critical problem-solving solutions in real-time
- Ability to identify performance trends and anomalies and work with internal teams to triage as needed in real-time
- Ability to anticipate Client concerns and red flag performance issues before they can turn into Client escalations
- Act as a liaison between Sales and Agency Operations, but be the internal voice of the Client to meet client deliverables, deadlines, objectives
- Recognizes issues and areas of improvement, and communicates them to management with suggested solutions where appropriate
- Skills to provide Analysis, evaluation, and communication of performance metrics, working alongside the Regional Digital Directors and Client Partner teams
- Qualifications include a minimum of 5+ years of experience with a combination of the following:
- Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Operations Management
- Understanding of Automotive Sales and Service with Tier 2, Agency, and OEM experience a plus
- Developing Training and Communications
- Project management of multiple large and complex business process projects
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Well-developed decision-making skills
- Creative, yet pragmatic. An independent thinker, adept at building consensus when it comes to executing decisions and experience influencing others
- The ability to work with minimal supervision is essential
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and superior time management skills
- Ability to function in a fast-paced, retail and tech environment
- Demonstrated ability to maintain poise under stress and to respond quickly, logically, and patiently to questions or requests
