Job Title: Executive Vice President of Sales

Job Summary



IPConfigure is seeking a Full-time Executive Vice President of Sales to lead a dynamic organization hyper focused on revenue growth through strategizing and collaborating with both the leadership and sales teams to drive the organization to exceed revenue goals.



Duties/Responsibilities



  • Tenacious and driven execution of software as a service (SaaS) sales activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above-quota results.

  • Reviews and analyzes sales and operational reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets

  • Coordinate and lead team-wide and individual reviews, meetings and sales training sessions to ensure goals are achieved.

  • Negotiate, and assist sales reps in closing highly complex transactions through the development of executive-level relationships with key prospects

  • Work cross-functionally to align prioritization & resources amongst, sales, product, marketing, engineering, and operations.


  • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales strategies and sales goals.

  • Acts as company representative at trade association meetings.

  • Ongoing mentoring and development of the team which includes recruiting, hiring and coaching new reps


Required Skills/ Abilities



  • Team-player mentality, hard-working, and proven ability to lead.

  • Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience developing strong internal and external business relationships across departments.

  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals as an individual contributor.

  • Demonstrate initiative in helping others achieve their goals.

  • Knowledge of the full Sales cycle, with demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals.


Education and Experience



  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 3+ years of direct sales management experience.
