This will be a remote position that will require travel within your specific region.
Purpose of the job:
Main duties:
1. Engaging with leaders and colleagues across the organization, running remote and on- site training workshops and forming effective virtual teams to:
a. Map and assess current business processes and job life-cycles.
b. Identify process improvements and redesign processes and using lean principles that are in line with best practice, regulatory and legal standards.
c. Identify interdependencies between teams to ensure 'end to end' functionality to ensure uniform operational practices, documentation, and reporting, guiding teams to system tools which enhance or mitigate workflow issues.
d. Identify and work with leads to ensure ownership and accountability of processes.
e. Implement, monitor and report on improvements.
2. Developing process maps, flow diagrams and related documentation for redesigned processes.
3. Documenting requirements to enable the creation of IT functional specifications where appropriate.
4. Collaborating with systems developers to align system set-up with optimized business processes and ensure both business and technical suitability.
5. Developing training materials and supporting the implementation of changes.
6. Developing and implementing process controls, data collection, reporting and optimization, and supporting adoption of these by process owners.
7. Reviewing operational job transaction tracking and reporting needs to establish standardized tools to enable teams to manage business lines effectively and provide continuous improvement opportunities.
8. Managing relationships and communications with regional and customer based key stakeholders across the organization to build trust and maintain buy-in.

Purpose of the job:
- To work with teams across the organization to map and analyze current processes, both in service delivery areas and in central services functions, and to identify and deliver business process improvements that streamline activity, are robust and compliant, increase quality and efficiency and represent best practice.
- To work closely with IT systems providers and in-house systems team to document functional requirements and align processes and system set-up for integrated information solutions and maximum organizational benefit.
- To develop and implement process controls, monitoring and optimization, with clear ownership and accountability.
- To enable operations teams across the organization to contribute effectively to providing high quality, efficient and sustainable care to people we support.
- To actively contribute to developing a positive culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
