Our client, a cloud-based restaurant management software company based in Boston, MA, is hiring a Marketing Referral Manager to complete various administrative tasks regarding referral bonuses.

What To Know:

• $28-$30 per hour pay rate
  
• Fully Remote Work Schedule

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing Customer, Local Partner, and Partner rewards each week in our PRM, Amplifinity
• Supporting internal Toasters with referral questions
• Managing referral alias and answering advocate referral questions within SLAs
• Approving successful rewards and invoices accordingly

Requirements and Skills:

• 1-3 years of related professional experience
• Any customer-facing experience is a huge plus
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
