Remote Cruise Advisor

We are looking for a professional, detail oriented individual to join us as a Vacation Specialist.

You will need to research and book all travel plans and accommodations as needed by your clients. The trip may include but not limited to hotel stay, car rental, flights, events and more.

You will need to stay up to date with specific certifications by different vendors and suppliers to be able to book travel. You will familiarize yourself with a variety of destinations to help create an unforgettable experience for clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• 
  Engage with potential clients to ensure you meet the client’s needs.
• 
  Stay up to date with all required training.
• 
  Respond in a timely manner for all travel inquiries.
• 
  Make sure to stay within the client’s budget.
• 
  Follow up with the travel industry and upcoming changes such as travel restrictions, etc.
• 
  Follow up with the client before, after, and while on the trip to make sure there are no issues, or make sure they are happy with their trip and overall experience

Requirements:

• 
  Must be at least 18years of age, and be authorized to work within the US.
• 
  Must message "Vacation" to five zero one, four two eight, one four seven eight to schedule an informational meeting
• 
  Must be able to effectively communicate with clients (strong sales background a plus)
• 
  Must have a smartphone with internet access, laptop recommend but not required
• 
  Personal travel experience is a huge plus, however not required
• 
  Previous experience in customer service or hospitality also a plus, but not required
