Brainier, an award-winning software technology company specializing in Enterprise eLearning Solutions, has an immediate opening for a full-time Web Developer / Programmer to join the IT & Product Development team.
Candidate must be a quick learner with excellent programming skills, and able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. Ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, enthusiastic, self-starting team player.
Full-time opportunity for a driven, talented and passionate web developer and programmer, with strong development experience in a variety of technologies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Backend and Front End Web Development and Programming, Full Stack
Assist with Programming for our Web-Based Learning Management Systems
Assist with User Experience and User Interface Development for web
Assist with Development of new Brainier Cloud-Based products for web and mobile
Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to Angular, ColdFusion, REST API, SQL Server, AWS
Build a highly distributed web application, mobile application
Prepare and maintain code for Web applications and resolve any defects in systems
Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action
Test and deploy applications and systems
Revise, update, refactor and debug code
Plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement
Monitor everyday activities of system and provide required support
Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
Qualifications:
Must have 1+ years experience with Angular
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages
Experience developing web-based applications
Experience working in agile development environment
Willing to learn and work with AWS
Backend Programming skills required
Microsoft SQL or MySQL Database knowledge required
PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, ColdFusion, C#, or similar experience considered a plus
Full Stack, Object-Oriented, API experience, etc., not required but strong plus
Organized, detail oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45,764.76 per year
