POSITION SUMMARY
The Innovation Service Program Coordinator (PC)is responsible for providing administrative, operational support and coordination of innovation services that ensure CCTI Government, Industry, and Academia/Nonprofit Customers and Partners realize success in their missions and operations, as well as in their partnership with CCTI.
The Program Coordinator (PC) directly supports the Customer (Partner) Success Manager (PM) and works closely with the Chief Technology Officer by executing duties assigned including:
- Reporting, documenting, ongoing communication coordination between CCTI and the STTR contract or Software Dojo Customers/Partners
- Addressing and escalating challenges as relevant
- Conducting tasks aligned with defined marketing and branding initiatives
- Administratively and operationally coordinating strategic planning conversations and initiatives, operations, and reporting of innovation services provided by CCTI that further the development, deployment, and transfer of technologies that accelerate solutions for the Warfighter and support our United States National Defense Strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide general project coordination for team needs
- First point of customer contact for general inquiries and requirements
- Maintain customer records and files
- Track program dates, deliverables, and cycles
- Support program reporting
- Facilitate customer connections and introductions
- Assist with program initiatives, including events, marketing, and research
- Coordinate and oversee planning within Dojo environment
- Increase understanding of the STTR contracting process
- Increase understanding of the Software Dojo
- Accepts ownership of STTR contract pipeline
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Ability to work autonomously as well as a part of cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (Partially Remote)
- 1+ years of experience in technical account management, customer relationship management, or customer success management
- 1+ years of experience with strategic communication, project management, or program coordination
- Management of a large portfolio of business clients or projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Participation in company events
- Desire to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
- Microsoft Office products
- CRM tool management and implementation
- Project management knowledge and organization (including cost, schedule, technical, operations, marketing, etc. components)
- Basic knowledge of DoD (Department of Defense) software environments and products
- Basic experience with STTR or SBIR contract types
- U.S. citizenship (required)

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in communication or related field preferred. Associate degree in Business or a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. Combination of experience, education, certification, and/or training may substitute for education requirement.
REASONING ABILITY
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.
LANGUAGE/INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, as well as having a comprehensive understanding of military systems and operations, professional journals, technical procedures, and/or governmental regulations
SECURITY CLEARANCE
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
