Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated Senior SharePoint Online (SPO)/Power Platform Developer with experience serving as a customer‑facing technical role to join our Application Development team supporting our government clients. The Senior Developer is a multifaceted role working and collaborating with other teams across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing supervisory technical and administrative direction for personnel performing development tasks, including the review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and user standards, and for progress in accordance with schedules.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset in Power Platform development, work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGS’ capabilities in serving our clients.

As a Senior Power Platform Developer you will:

  • Serve as SME for Microsoft's Power Platform for low/no-code apps, and workflow automation
  • Play a central role in the development and delivery of a Power Platform solution and work to increase adoption of Power Platform solutions.
  • Analyze management and business processes for the client
  • Perform complex or non-routine technical tasks or for supervision and oversight of a small group working on technical issues or specific elements of a project
  • Provide technical presentations at project and client meetings
  • Provide technical support to ensure the ongoing efficient and reliable operations of information systems
  • Proactively develop and maintain a strong knowledge of information systems and their related components. Leverage technology to automate manual tasks and seek to improve efficiency wherever practicable and appropriate and make recommendations for process improvements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related STEM field (e.g. Computer Science or Information Systems)
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (e.g. Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint or .NET development, software development, or RPA)
  • Experienced in application development using Microsoft’s Power Platform solutions such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Experienced in creating business workflows using Power Automate
  • Experience in technology that directly relates to Power Platform Development (e.g., SharePoint 2013/2016, Nintex Workflows, InfoPath)
  • S. citizenship is required
  • Ability to obtain a secret clearance is required
  • Security+ certification or the ability to quickly become Security+ certified
  • Strong Analytical and Teamwork skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certification in the Power Platform or application development
  • Core Skills: C#, SQL, .Net, PowerApps, and Power Automate (formally known as Flow)
  • DoD Experience preferred

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100k- $155k.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
