What You Will Do

We are searching for a Social Worker/Therapist to help children, families and adults in the St Joseph County communities move toward health and wholeness through providing individual, family or group therapy. This position will specifically work with Department of Children Services clients and families in their homes in St. Joseph County.

  • Complete comprehensive assessments including risk and trauma

  • Provide individual, family and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment models

  • Join clients and families in developing strengths-based individualized treatment plans

  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team that includes the client, family, referral sources and/or other providers in a culturally competent and trauma-informed manner

  • Work and engage with families in a home-based environment


We are Looking for the Following Persons:

  • LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A eligible

  • LCSW, LMHC, LMFT preferred

  • Those willing to set a flexible schedule that includes some evening hours

  • Bilingual clinicians whenever available

  • Those who love working in a supportive team environment
