Project Manager - Payroll (Job Number: 2215132 )

Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for projects relating to the Payroll department. Responsibilities include data analysis, process design, execution, and control, as well as leading process improvement initiatives. This person will indirectly supervise staff and work closely with internal departments.

This position is located at our Corporate offices in a beautiful country setting 7 miles South of Reading, PA which is a convenient commute with ample free and easy parking.

Work Location - 2675 Morgantown Rd Reading, Pennsylvania

Work Schedule - 3 days onsite/ 2 days remote

Major Responsibilities:

• Manage the full life cycle of payroll projects including planning, analysis, design/development, execution, monitoring and control.







• Collaborate with Process Owners and Field Associates to evaluate customer and business requirements.







• Consult with Senior Management and propose new initiatives to meet identified needs







• Identify, design, and implement automated solutions where appropriate.







• Present final recommendations and project outcomes to senior management.







• Institute measures to monitor payroll processes







• Other projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance







• 5-10 Years of Company Experience







• Project Management Experience preferred







• Strong Oral and Written communication Skills







• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Access required







• Ability to work efficiently and independently with strong attention to detail







• Strong Presentation and Project Management Skills







• Green Belt /Black Belt skills and certification a plus







• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
