Job Description

This exciting Federal Government Relationship Manager role supports the GSA SmartPay program, directly managing all relationship for client(s) in the assigned portfolio. Primary functions of position are client retention through service excellence and revenue growth initiatives.

We are looking for:

* Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to travel 10-15%

* Thorough understanding of payments industry

* Microsoft Office proficiency

* Knowledge of product marketing, client servicing components, and organization operations

* Knowledge/utilization of Salesforce

* Negotiation and decision-making skills

* Ability to creatively resolve complex problems with general guidance

* Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

* Understanding of Federal government contracting

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
* Seven to ten years of relationship management experience
