Job Description
Overview
Are you seeking a role where your efforts will improve the lives and experiences of our patients and employees? This position leads staff and performs duties of the area's major work functions. Coordinates scheduling, training, and inventory duties. Develops and maintains the application of hospital personnel policies and ensures effective utilization of human and material resources. Trains staff on appropriate techniques and supervises performance for quality and efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
High School Diploma/GED preferred.
Requires knowledge of cleaning emergency spills (hazardous chemicals; infectious waste; or cytotoxic drugs).
Requires working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, techniques and equipment.
Requires 1-3 years of experience.
