  • Architect the development of Selling features in the Android application.
  • Native Android app development and converting ideas, designs and requirements to concrete stable production builds.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the Product and Engineering team to identify problems, come up with creative solutions, and help with tracking and delivering within the release plan.
  • Understand and implement Android specific design patterns.
  • Experience with Android Studio, Kotlin/Java, Jetpack Compose, network debugging (e.g. Charles), revision control systems (e.g. Git) and bug tracking (e.g. Jira).
  • Develop and iterate within a rather lean, yet very fast-paced Engineering team.
  • Develop code and testing methodologies to improve the DevOps "Four Key Metrics."
  • Be part of a transformative, productive and fun startup culture.
  • 3-5+ years of native Android development experience.
  • Extremely comfortable with understanding and implementing internet applications with REST/GraphQL services at the back end.
  • Excellent knowledge in modern Android API, concurrency/threading, layouts, UI transitions, and multi-threaded communications.
  • Proven understanding of MVC, MVVM, MVVM-C and other iOS design patterns.
  • B.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science is desired.
