A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN APPLICATION DEVELOPER
As an Application Developer you will manage vendor relationships, including software development firms and software vendors. Serve as a full-stack developer working with current technologies in a fast-growing organization. Take complete, end-to-end ownership of projects across the entire stack in support of a complex custom application and multiple integrations. Work primarily in React, .net, C#, and SQL. Maintain high standards of code quality and thoughtful application design and take full responsibility for all aspects of DevOps. You will be accountable for new projects from conceptualization and user interface design, all the way to testing and deployment. Build products across the stack using an advanced understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and reporting tools. Develop new application features in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements. Maintain and enhance existing systems and integrations. Troubleshoot issues relating to mission-critical applications in a highly hands-on manner. Ensure system performance, uptime, and scalability.
You will work in a self-directed manner as the sole developer employed by the organization, looking for ways to be more efficient and effective to achieve our goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in building complex software applications
- Experience building web applications
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of React, .net, C#, and SQL.
- Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
- User interface and user design experience.
