We're currently competing in over 15 different esports titles. We're well on our way to helping shape the world of esports, all thanks to our incredible fans, athletes, influencers, content creators, Liquid+, and Liquipedia (the world's most extensive esports wiki).

The Opportunity:

As part of Alienware's Good in Gaming Initiative, we are taking on an Events Intern. Do you have a background in event planning and management? Would you love to proactively support several teams, multitasking in a fast-paced esports environment? Are you an individual that thrives when working independently or in group settings? If so, you could be the type of candidate that would be perfect for the part-time Events Intern role at Team Liquid, a high-growth entrepreneurial organization. The Events department is responsible for building requests for proposals and pitch decks to ensure client campaigns are on track and on pace to deliver and meet all clients' key performance indicators fully.

Location: Los Angeles, CA, Utrecht, NL or fully remote

What You'll Be Doing:


  • Learning how to work closely with internal team members to build and develop a database for events

  • Learning how to provide recommendations to optimize execution and strategy when collaborating with internal departments at Team Liquid

  • Learning how to develop and manage event budgets when producing detailed Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for events

  • Learning how to communicate project status to multiple stakeholders across internal teams

  • Learning how to ensure event organization structure and procedures are in practice

  • Other projects as assigned

What You'll Need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Google Suites

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Fluent in English

  • Experience with calendar management and scheduling

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically

  • Project management software experience (example: ClickUp)
