We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst that has experience working with sales and marketing teams. This person will work extensively with Magento eCommerce application and assist in the rolling out new products and services for their customers. What you'll do
Grasp our clients' vision and main challenges to adapt the workshops' content/approach and understand their organization to make sure all the right people will be participating
Help our clients understand the Marketplace model and key success factors, define the right organization and anticipate the impact on the existing organization
Train customers in the use and optimization of the eCommerce and Marketplace platform and the onboarding process
Work in a globally distributed team model
Work with the business stakeholders or sponsors to translate business needs into business and functional requirements
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process analysis, use cases or user stories, scenarios, event lists, competitive product analysis, and task and workflow analysis
Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements or user stories
Represent requirements using alternative views such as visual analysis models (UML diagrams), prototypes, or simulations where appropriate
Lead requirements validation activities to confirm that a solution based on the requirements would meet customer needs and achieve the business objectives
Lead and facilitate ongoing requirements prioritization
Identify ways to assist product management in product planning through requirements development and analysis. Propose new product features and updates
Conduct research, analysis, and feasibility studies to establish the viability of requirements
Bring best practices and support to the other eCommerce teams as it relates to business knowledge and business processes
Present solution alternatives to clients that meet their business requirements
Successfully and independently handle ambiguous situations and develop a practical plan towards achieving clarity - while defining: functional behavior, business rules, and data attributes
What you need to have
Must have minimum 3 to 5 Years’ experience as Business Analyst
Must have Magento 2 knowledge
Knowledge of B2B, B2C, C2C business practices.
Experience in launching and/or supporting eCommerce projects.
Must have strong communication skills and presentable.
Knowledge of Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, API Testing Tools, Use Case Diagram Tools.
A positive and upbeat attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
Good English communication and strong problem solving skills.
