Responsibilities include:
· Generating revenue by driving new business and ensuring customer satisfaction
· Promptly processing new and existing customer inquiries from incoming calls and electronic submissions
· Demonstrating and educating new and existing clients on the value of SecureData solutions to meet customer needs
· Efficiently communicating and coordinating with internal departments
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
· Excellent time management and communication skills
· Passionate about post-sales customer success
· Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with clear goals and metrics
· Competitive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
