We are currently seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer - REMOTE to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

NTT DATA is looking for a Senior Java developer with a strong passion for developing quality code and very strong Java stack background.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:

• Build site implementing workflows using Java Full Stack development
• Implement plug ins for interaction with third party sources, like Taleo
• Deploy and scale applications using back end languages and frameworks like Express, Node.js, Python, Django, Vue.js, REST API, server side development
• Deploy front end development using languages and tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and Bootstrap
• Understand the requirements, develops and evaluates alternative systems solutions.
• Participate in the Weekly/Daily status call with the client to discuss the action items on outstanding Incidents, Service requests and changes for the week.
• Document software systems according to NTT DATA's system standards, policies and procedures - Specifies, implements, and maintains systems.
• Codes, Tests and Document software programs for systems of moderate complexity as per the requirements specifications.
• Consistently apply fundamental knowledge of one technical discipline / programming languages for design specifications.
• Substantive knowledge of coding, testing and debugging.
• Provide production support for existing systems including troubleshooting, fixing bugs, and implementing enhancements
• Work with other groups and co-ordinate with the onsite team and work with application teams to help them implement the solution.
• Provide support and maintenance of existing systems during business hours, and after hours, on a rotating basis.
• Interpret specifications and develop/unit testing interfaces/applications on Java
• Analyze existing code and enhance to satisfy software request
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Work with consumer and provider for successful integration of the interface.
• Support System Integration testing (SIT), User Acceptance testing (UAT) and Performance
• testing of interfaces.
• Support development, testing and integration of SOAP and REST based web services.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Runtime environment analysis to identify functional and performance issues.

Minimum Requirements

• 6+ Years of Full Stack Java Development experience
• 6+ Years of experience in back-end languages and frameworks like Express, Node.js, Python, Django, Vue.js, REST API, server-side development.
• 3+ years of experience in deploy and scale applications using Cloud Native methodologies and tools like Containers, Kubernetes, Microservices and Serverless functions.
• 3+ years of experience in implementing plugins for interaction with third party data sources like Taleo and DOTCMS content management system and present data to web sites.
• 3+ years of experience in development of front-end development languages and tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and Bootstrap.

Nice to have, but not required:

• Knowledge of OO Languages, specifically java
• Knowledge of OR mapping tools.
• Experience working with build tools, such as Maven, Jenkins.
• Experience with Version control such as Git, CVS or SVN.
• Knowledge of DevOps.
• Having experience in healthcare domain would be nice to have
• Experience in Facebook app using Facebook4J, that would enable websites to put Facebook feeds on their websites.
