- Our sales org will finish at more than 100 employees by the end of this year, and we're looking for some exceptional talent to help us bolster this next year of growth.
- As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for aligning with all the departments to provide market and business intelligence reports, to support the business's global GTM strategy.
- What you'll do: Help to improve our market share by analysing market opportunity and trends within the business, by consistently delivering market research/intelligence projects.
- Provide data insights to the key stakeholders, to be able to make data driven decisions.
- Help build territory plans, named account lists, and general go to market strategies for our core geographies.
- Being the go-to person for information and insights across the business and market.
- Monitoring and improving functional operations, by process improvement and measuring the efficiency of systems and procedures.
- Actively monitor the competitive landscape across territories.
- Build estimations on market size and TAM.Make recommendations on where to allocate resources (which customers, industries, and geographies) consistently.
- What you'll bring: Min 6 years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail, data driven and strategic in your approach.
- The ability to work independently, problem solve proactively, and collaborate effectively.
- Exceptional skills with software to build models, run data assessment, and extrapolate business intelligence.
- Positivity and a can-do attitude.
