Online Marketing Director

LHH is on the search for a Director of Ecommerce and Digital for our client in the Los Angeles area. In this role, you must have experience with Amazon Vendor Central and other ecommerce platforms (DTC and retailer sites). This is an excellent opportunity for you to lead a team and oversee all ecommerce and digital marketing strategy for a growing consumer brand!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Amazon Vendor Central marketing strategy to drive revenue
• Responsible for advertising and promotional strategy via Amazon
• Oversee .com and other digital channels
• Manage performance marketing campaigns including paid media and email marketing
• Responsible for digital content creation for a variety of channels including web, social media, influencer, email marketing, affiliate, etc.
• Manage a team of four to five direct reports
• Support CRM initiatives including loyalty and retention programs
• Manage outside agencies for digital campaigns
• Manage media budgets, forecasting, and reporting
• Localize creative assets as needed
• Implement online marketing plan to align with brand marketing goals including awareness and ecommerce goals
• Stay up to date with ecommerce and digital marketing trends

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience managing ecommerce platforms and customer acquisition strategies required
• 6+ years of Amazon Vendor Central experience required
• 6+ years of people management (direct reports)
• Experience in all performance marketing channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO
• Experience managing agencies
• Beauty industry preferred; consumer goods experience required
