Your Role:

This Customer Care / Assistant Teacher position will support multiple mixed-age Montessori classrooms (6 weeks - 6 years old). No formal Montessori training is needed to apply. We will provide training as part of your orientation and onboarding.

The Assistant Teacher position is a great way to start your career in education with our fully sponsored Montessori teaching program. Through our Prepared Montessori training program, we fully sponsor all employees for a Montessori certificate. We also have an amazing team of trained Montessori Mentor Teachers who will be available to lead professional development, provide feedback, and help develop your skills even further.
