  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service and / or call center environment required.

  • Experience in health / human services and knowledge of Rhode Island Medicaid and the ACA preferred.

  • Strong PC proficiency required.

  • High School Diploma required. Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.

  • Training will be Monday-Friday 10AM to 6 : 30 PM.

  • Training will be 3-4 weeks remotely


All necessary equipment provided for work at home. Pick up at our East Providence location.
