Global Education Director

This role will be positioned on the global education team and work closely with all departments and leadership across the Howard Hanna family of companies. The primary goal will be to drive attendance and integration, create efficiencies, build awareness, and maintain relevancy of our big 4 global learning initiatives – Fast Start, Accelerate, Ascend, and Elevate.

Goals

• Increase awareness of global education programs and their objectives throughout the entire organization


• Increase attendance and overall engagement


• Create a global tracking system for Mar/Tech training/integration


• Drive change management in promoting the regionals & managers role in supporting global education programs


• Responsibilities (Fast Start, Accelerate, Ascend, Elevate)


• Track Attendance for all global learning programs (to be added to the Riley Report)


• Evaluate attendance and provide regional reports to drive engagement


• Coordinate speakers/trainers and build an internal speaking pool


• Coordinate schedule of programs and coordinate marketing/promotion


• Produce all online events


• Attend Regional Education Director meetings and work closely with the field team to provide information, receive feedback, and coordinate changes/updates to the programs


• Attend Manager Meetings to promote events


• Host train the trainer sessions


• Provide re-launch/re-engagement sessions


• Manage Hanna University integration (recordings, materials, scheduling, registrations)


• Update all materials as needed (utilize regional educators as SMEs)

Additional Responsibilities

• Hanna Holdings speaker and ambassador at company events and programs


• Support and promote integration of our global learning programs with Allen Tate, Tucker, and HHRR


• Participate in M&A transitions – introduce and train leadership on Global Education Programs


• Work with marketing to create PR opportunities and blog posts showcasing our education


• Evaluate and update all onboarding checklists and materials that complement our programs


• Work directly with Career Development Specialist Role to evaluate onboarding pain points and create solutions and materials


• Build training sessions that complement global education and can be taught by the regional education team
