About This Role

Hello, prospective pickle! We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager/Director of Revenue Operations to join the Design Pickle team. You will be an integral member of our revenue and retention teams and lead a team responsible for ensuring our CRM and associated tools are positioned to optimally support sellers, sales, marketing and customer success leaders and other organizational stakeholders. You will serve as a strategic translator between business needs and system design to ensure a scalable sales and growth engine.

Reports to: COO or Vice President of Sales

On a daily basis, works closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data Science & Analytics teams.

Location: Design Pickle is a fully remote company with a Company Hub in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Specific to your role, we're looking for individuals who have...
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years sales or revenue operations experience and 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting multi-channel sales efforts, complex sales campaigns, sales to service handoffs, and direct sales and channel-based sales motions.
  • Mastery of Hubspot CRM platform; ability to generate reports and dashboards effortlessly as well as troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
  • Good understanding of commonly used sales and marketing tech stack products (Hubspot Marketing Hub, Gong, ) and BI tools (Tableau or PowerBI); analogous experience will be considered.
  • Experience creating and maintaining workflows and detailed process documentation.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical abilities, problem solving, and project management skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and are constantly learning and staying up to date on trends in revenue operations.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and listening skills; ability to convey complex information to broad audiences.
  • Demonstrable experience working with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects with strict deadlines, organize/prioritize work for self and team, and drive initiatives to completion in a cross-functional environment.
  • Hands-on attitude and willingness to get into the weeds and contribute to any effort. All leaders, including senior leadership, are not here to just tell people what to do. They are here to get stuff done.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall post-sale relationship with assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with clients and users to define and drive best practices for successful utilization and maximize value.
  • Provide strategic guidance, best practices, and expertise related to the Design Pickle platform, services, and client use cases.
  • Uncover new opportunities for upselling of additional Design Pickle services based on client needs and utilization.
  • Prepare clients for new product releases, drive adoption and stickiness with product/platform.
  • Ensure renewal of assigned accounts.
  • Orchestrate all activities and touch-points to ensure retention.
  • Develop and deliver customer enablement content (webinars, email newsletters, programs).
  • Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the Design Pickle platform, internal systems, and processes to assist customers with requests and suggest best practices for successful use.
  • Analyze usage patterns to provide proactive insights and minimize churn.
  • Measure the results of executed programs and enablement content to determine scalability and effectiveness.
  • Drive cross-functional opportunities for adoption growth
  • Collaborate with Sales/Support/Marketing to ensure alignment on activation plans.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities that impact revenue growth.
