Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders and will be responsible for the identification and assessment of business goals and needs, requirement and data analysis, design and solution planning for the implementation, delivery, and support of business solutions.

We’ll expect you to work directly with large volumes of data, creating meaningful analysis. This will include data collection, analysis, and interpretation using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports, which could be periodic or Adhoc in nature.  You’ll recommend key metrics for tracking system performance of transaction screening flow through compliance system(s). In this role, you will assist with systems projects to support a product or regulatory need, developing business intelligence reports, performing user testing and consistently meeting project deadlines while completing thorough documentation and information sharing throughout.

For this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in any with more than 3 years of experience in business processes, data analytics, or technology development in a financial sector is preferred. You should demonstrate experience as a Data Analyst with a tracking record of delivering well-documented data requirements, translating business requirements into technical requirements, and working with relational and No SQL database concepts, including writing complex queries for ad hoc data analysis. You should have strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills.

Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (MS SQL, HADOOP, etc), statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc) is desired.

Annual base salary gross:  $62,429 - $103,226.

This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
