Remote Technical Writer

Kforce is looking for a Remote Technical Writer for an enterprise client in Redmond WA.Key Tasks: Technical Writer will design, develop, and author content focusing on Microsoft 365 for frontline worker, Microsoft Teams, and vertical industry solutions Learn fast, and work with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements and create end-to-end customer scenarios, helping to ensure consistent and coherent experiences across industries Work with program managers, support engineers, and customers to create content for new features, update existing articles, and respond to content feedback As a Technical Writer, you will maintain company's style and voice guidelines and keep a broad view of the entire content portfolio Respond to content requests, but also identify implied content needs and make suggestions/changes accordingly 3 years of experience with Microsoft Teams and familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite of services 3 years of experience with admin/IT Pro or advanced end user audiences and proven technical expertise that helps you to ramp up on new projects quickly 3 years of significant experience with writing simple, clear, and conversational content both in product and on the web Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
