Review insurance Aging Receivable (claim resolution)
Answer/return patient s phone calls inquiring about claim s balance
Answer or generate calls to clients
Claim editing as per coding guidelines
Manage Data Entry and Follow up team
Other related duties, which may be inclusive, but not listed in the job description
Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Medical Coding Certified preferred
Computer & technology proficiency, including MS Office
Knowledge of insurance terminology and electronic medical records systems
Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in dealing with patient information
High School Diploma (or equivalent); Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred
The position requires strong customer service skills as we handle phone conversations with patients, clients, and vendors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Monday to Friday
office equipped with an ultra-violet light air filter, that kills the virus in the air.
Hand sanitizer and wipers are available as well.
