Eatons Electrical Division is currently seeking a Marketing Intelligence Analyst to join our team.
This position is Remote!
Position Overview:
The Marketing Intelligence Analyst will support innovation initiatives within the Distributed IT business. The ideal candidate will be able to work with a high degree of ambiguity, working with both data and people to enhance the front-end innovation process. A core responsibility is to champion business intelligence reporting. This requires building tools and processes that compile, normalize, and communicate market reports enabling the marketing team to identify market trends and opportunities. In addition, the candidate will assist the product planning team to identify new market opportunities, develop global roadmaps, build business cases, coordinate VOC programs, and promote the global innovation pipeline.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $82,000 $110,000.

In this function you will:
- Manage reporting of market intelligence data via Microsoft Power BI and other analytic tools
- Create and customize dashboards that enable effective use and sharing of market intelligence
- Build and evolve business tools that assist in new product introduction (NPI) activities including business case calculators, forecasting, and configuration
- Organize and assist in leading customer facing engagements and VOC initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with product managers and executive leadership to build tools and reports that address specific and evolving business needs
- Drive continuous improvement of data quality and accuracy with market research firms
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of one (1) year experience utilizing SQL and Power BI in a business setting
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
- Masters degree from accredit institution
- Experience using Python
- 3 years of experience in Sales, or Marketing
- Passion for technology and product development
- Ability to interface globally and with other functional groups (sales, finance, marketing, engineering)
