Position Summary: Responsible for scheduling and coordinating service calls, maintaining maintenance agreements, assisting with ordering parts and materials, conducting customer survey's, entering payment information, and other duties as assigned.
Work Hours: Must be able to arrive and be ready to start work by 7:00 am.
Pay Rate: Up to $19.50/hr DOE

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance
- Ability to follow directions given, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Advanced computer skills including MS Office products
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management
