Our Campus Programs team is currently seeking a Program Administrator to support our early talent programs within our Operations functions. In this role, you will partner with the Program Manager and Business Leaders to design and execute best-in-class program and internship experiences that attract, develop, and retain top early talent.


Responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Partnering with the Program Manager and Business Leaders to design meaningful program experiences that meet the goals and objectives of the department
  • Overseeing day-to-day program activities across multiple cohorts and programs, which could include onboarding, training, rotation assignments, networking, leadership exposure, and/or mentorship
  • Hosting summer internship experiences and coordinating activities and business involvement across multiple job families and departments
  • Designing and managing events and conferences that align with pillars of the program and internship experiences, which may include vendor management, budget tracking and allocation, and other event logistics
  • Assessing learning and development needs of program participants, partnering with internal trainers and facilitators to identify curriculum to meet these needs, and creating the structure and forum of delivery
  • Fostering a sense of community among program participants by using innovative methods to connect and engage cohorts
  • Creating and regularly sharing resources that outline program expectations and report out on program experiences for participants, business stakeholders, and recruiting teams
  • Tracking and reporting on the progression and development of the program participants and progress towards KPIs
  • Providing ongoing support for program participants in a scalable way and continuously evaluating our support model to provide an exceptional program experience, while managing a high volume of participants
  • Soliciting feedback from participants and program stakeholders, reporting on feedback themes, and recommending and implementing program changes
  • Assisting with other responsibilities in support of the larger Campus Recruiting and Programs organization, as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or military experience
  • At least one year of experience in a role leveraging project management skills or a role focused on program management, recruitment, human resources, higher education, or learning and development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in early talent mentorship, potentially through higher education, recruiting, human resources, or various program management experience
  • Experience leveraging Microsoft Office tools in a corporate environment to track and report on business outcomes
  • Event management experience, coordinating events or conferences for large audiences in a corporate setting
  • Experience managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously, while all at different project/program stages
