We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Acute Care Nurse to join our team. As an Acute Care Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to patients with acute illnesses or injuries. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and assess patients conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

Responsibilities
- Assessing and monitoring patients conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and medication needs
- Administering medications, injections, and intravenous therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educating patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Documenting patient information and maintaining accurate medical records
- Responding to emergencies and providing appropriate interventions
- Adhering to established protocols and safety standards to ensure patient well-being
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field
- Valid nursing license in [state/region]

- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
