• Guide customers towards finding the experts who will provide them with the advice and support they need
• Engage with customers and other agents to quickly solve issues in order to increase brand loyalty and contribute to new ways of building customer relationships
• Help us innovate and implement new ways to meet and exceed customer's needs

If you're our Relationship Agent you will look forward to engaging in activities such:

• Handling inbound customer calls in a friendly and professional manner, engaging them in dialog and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience
• Providing callers with information and insight on our advisors so they can talk with an expert who best fits their needs
• Identify problems and opportunities to optimize customer experience, which can be used to improve the features and functionality of our business.
• Troubleshooting customer issues to enhance their experience and engagement.
• Providing key customer insights to other parts of the organization to help advance our product offering

Your journey up to this point will likely have included successes in:

• Building ongoing business relationships with customers to increase their engagement and provide proven strategies to surprise and delight customers
• Problem solving specific customer challenges in ways that meet their needs and increase value for the customer
• Training and coaching others on things you have learned through your education and experiences
• Providing Feedback on customer interactions as well as system design.

The rate for this position is $15 an hour with shift differential options and holiday pay.
