The IT Project Manager (PM) will develop planning templates and processes for infrastructure projects and other technical projects in collaboration with the technology team. They will develop, manage and monitor project planning and management methodologies to ensure that workstreams are well conceived, adequately resourced, and appropriately communicated.
They will also serve as the source of truth for project efficacy and efficiency, proactively communicating information related to department project statuses, milestones, risks, and budgetary updates, keeping all stakeholders well informed and prepared to make fact-based decisions for the ultimate success of the brand.

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Upholds standards of behavior as defined by the company Core Values, Code of Conduct and Operational Guidelines
Project manages multiple IT projects from scoping/planning through delivery using appropriate software to create and track such projects.
Assists in developing requirements - works with internal and external stakeholders to identify project needs, define and set project scope, identify priorities, solidify deadlines and finalize deliverable schedules
Documents and communicates project milestones, open issues, decisions and risks using approved templates and formats
Recommends changes to project planning and reporting documentation as needed
Manages the daily responsibilities assigned to project team and stakeholders - facilitating discussions/meetings, directing and following up on tasks, obtaining resolution to any roadblocks, motivating team, and maintaining visibility to leadership
Maintains project timelines and assigned budgets
Contributes to problem identification and solution
Anticipates bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and communicates tradeoffs across diverse groups to optimize intended project outcome
Establishes and maintains all aspects of project documentation such that it conveys an easily consumable storyline
Drives effective collaboration across large project teams composed of resources with varying experience levels; junior engineers through the executive team
Provides clear project communication to stakeholders across all levels, departments, and skill sets
Leverages previous experience to understand our current environment and challenge status quo to expose unseen opportunities
Acts as a go-to leader for the team; mentoring teammates, sharing best practices, and driving process improvement for team operations
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related field or additional years of real world experience
2+ years IT project management experience
Preference will be given to candidates with cinema, restaurant, retail or similar industry experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar certification strongly preferred
Experience operating in an agile-based delivery environment
Experience creating planning and monitoring tools and leading project management activities
Experience with Jira and Confluence is preferred.

Our Support Center is located in Austin, TX - This role can be remote in the following locations: Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Raleigh, San Antonio, San Francisco
The base salary for this role is between $110,000-$125,000 commensurate with experience.
