CSA Capstone is seeking an Oracle Developer to support our Navy client located in Pensacola, FL. The position will support Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Resource Systems (CeTARS). Essential skills for this position include designing, developing, troubleshooting and debugging software programs for databases and applications.
