The Financial Analyst will work directly with the VP of Finance to help drive process improvements and procedures, capital strategy, and corporate development to set the company up for continued growth!
Job Description
- Collaborate with the VP of Finance to provide financial analysis support cross functionally across the organization
- Assist in the creation of long-range planning (3-5 years) by producing financial models and strategic business plans
- Collaborate with investors to evaluate and analyze financial returns
- Create financial models and data analysis to support decision making support for senior leadership
- Assist in the implementation and streamlining of reporting and forecasting tools
- Monitor KPI's and key trend variances
- Track forecast performance throughout the year and make updates as necessary
- Ad hoc work as required

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of experience in Finance
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Proficient in financial management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tableau experience preferred
