Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Must-haves:

• 3+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with one of the market-leading RPA Platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or AssistEdge
• Strong work experience in any of the following technologies: HTML, Java, JavaScript, WebServices/APIs, or SQL Server databases
• Experience with Process Analysis, Design, Implementation and System Testing
• Strong understanding of
• Solid Problem-Solving and Analytics skills to understand complex requirements, define advanced technical/functional solutions, troubleshoot issues, and identify fixes
• Experience leading/mentoring mid-level RPA developers

Plusses:

• Developer and Orchestrator certifications in UiPath
• Architecture
• Familiarity with Data Modeling or Data Mining (using industry-standard tools)
• Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), Retail Pharmacy, and/or Healthcare experience

Day-to-Day

A large healthcare company in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Senior RPA Developer to join their Operational Transformation and Intelligent Automation Team. You will work with key systems across the PBM and Retail businesses, evaluating the latest technologies, and designing and delivering the “art of the possible solutions” to improve operations and enhance member and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for designing and developing automation workflows utilizing the corporate standard software, currently UiPath and AssistEdge. You need to have the ability to deliver compelling Robot designs, and then deliver that solution by coding the functions in an Agile delivery model. You will review/author standards for the design, coding, and deployment of RPA deliverables as well as work closely with stakeholders to analyze process requirements and develop process design documents. You will be responsible for the complete solution including happy path, authentication, error handling, logging, and performance tuning. You will also support the deployment of RPA workflows using corporate change control processes and represent their RPA offering to the business, helping convey the appropriate use of the platform. Lastly, you will collaborate with the Project Management Office to ensure proper project reporting and escalation.
