Position: Sales Representative



General Summary



The Sales Representative at Accrualify, you get the opportunity to be the first point of contact for potential customers across North America. You will be part of an ambitious yet humble team who enjoy learning and working together to help everyone reach maximum sales goals. This position will be responsible for sourcing new leads via all effective channels, modifying sales materials, directly interfacing with prospects, providing live and video demos of our products and all aspects of the company’s Sales efforts. This position requires determination and a no quite attitude. Having enterprise sales experience in a SAAS based company is preferred. A Bachelors degree is desired but equivalent sales experience is acceptable. In an environment of reduced supervision, the sales representative will exercise independent discretion and judgment in developing a solid pipeline of deals and bringing those deals to closure. This position will work with other members of the sales and operations team in creating sales presentations, customer bids and finalizing contracts. This position will be responsible for inside and outside sales efforts.



Knowledge/Skills


1. A no quit attitude. You will be sourcing deals and need to have thick skin. The ability to use your persistence to use all outlets to create new leads and nourish those leads is your strong suite. Using email, linkedin, telephone and any other means to source and maintain those leads is absolutely required. Strong creative skills (within a corporate environment preferred but not required).

2. Effective written and verbal communication skills are necessary to present relevant information to management.

3. Strong personal computer skills (Google Drive, Salesforce, Excel, Word).

4. Strong interpersonal and partnering skills to develop working relationships with partners across operating business and support functions.

6. Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve processes.


7. Self motivator and ambition is highly desirable.


8. Knowledge of CRM and Enterprise SAAS sales desired.



Essential Functions and Duties:


  • Develop and qualify leads & prospects

  • Identify and nourish new leads via – email, linkedin, telephone,social media and any other source.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of new deals for Accrualify using our crm

  • Manage and create a wonderful environment and experience for new prospects from lead to close.

  • Continuously update company collateral

  • Assist with special projects as needed

  • Establish key performance indicators on improvind sales efficiency and most effective lead building channels

  • Use and develop communication skills to communicate project findings, conclusions and recommendations with your peers and clients

  • Participate in new business development as needed in partnership with other team members.

  • Creation of templates and all other materials both internal and external

  • Assist in establishment of creative design for all aspects of Accrualify

  • Participate in all sales strategy



Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 0-4 years of professional experience in enterprise sales.
  • Awareness of business trends (exposure to high tech, fin-tech, etc)
  • Strong creative and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team working skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to learn quickly and resourcefully
  • High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity (must be hungry for growth)
  • Genuine desire to work hard and progress rapidly in the startup/ software profession
  • Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn from mentors and peers

  • Salesforce or other CRM experience
