We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Scrum Master who is customer-focused and passionate about helping government agencies modernize technology and processes.
You are a critical thinker who can assess the Agile maturity of a team and determine where improvements are needed. You will lead agile ceremonies for one or more teams in a large modernization project, and you are comfortable working as part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team. You will have experience with business analysis and agile on multiple projects and can draw from the lessons you have learned. You will take the lead on Agile values and implement process improvements using agile principles. You will also play a key role in supporting the team with stakeholder engagement, variety of presentations, and reporting needs.
You will work with the Product Owner and Proxy POs to ensure business requirements are clearly defined and reflected in sprint priorities. You will gather status updates and scrum metrics to track progress and measure against our roadmap for senior management reporting. You will work with the Project Manager to manage deliverables and identify dependencies between applications and Scrum teams. You have familiarity with cloud-based software development terminology as well as familiarity with concepts such as infrastructure as code, continuous integration, and continuous delivery. You are known for effective communication in person or via phone/conferencing and can represent the voice of the business.

What you'll be doing:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies to include standup, backlog grooming, demo, planning, and retrospective
- Be a servant leader to the team and help instill Agile best practices
- Develop new or refine existing processes to enhance quality and team productivity
- Remove impediments
- Helping the team maintain a tie to the overarching goals while executing on specific work
What you must have:
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM, Computer Science, IT or related field
- 5+ years of technical project management and/or Scrum Master experience
- Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner
- 3+ years of experience with SAFe, using Atlassian Tool Suite including Jira and Confluence
- 3+ years of comprehensive experience with and understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Due to federal contract, must be U.S. Citizen, eligible for Public Trust

- Must possess strong analytical, organizational and product management skills
- Experience in an environment where multiple frameworks (e.g., kanban and scrum) were being used

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final salary for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The salary range for Colorado is -
$73,324.00-$124,651.00
