- Leading requirements gathering and validation with staff 10 years
- Involvement in prior technology implementations
- Developing requirements documentation - Use Cases 10 years
- Testing system functionality against requirements and specifications.
- Training staff on system functionality as developed.
- General technical assistance
- Experience documenting end to end processes
- Background in Finance/Financial projects
- Experience mapping and documenting process flows
- Experience using Atlassian Suite - Jira, Confluence, etc.
